     Our planet should be called Water rather than Earth, Moreover, people can survive longer without water rather than without water. How To Drink Water Correctly? 

       In the morning, as soon as you wake up, you should drink 1-2 glasses of water at room temperature. This will start your digestive system and help you wake up much faster than coffee. Ideally, the water should be warm. This activates the gallbladder. Optionally, and if stomach health permits, you can add a little lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to your morning water.

     The rest of your daily allowance of water you drink during the day is in small portions. If you drink a glass or even two in one gulp, then such water will not be absorbed. It will immediately go through the kidneys to the bladder. To avoid this, it is worth drinking water in sips. Just place a large glass of water and straw on your desk or next to the couch you lounge on over the weekend. And take a couple of sips every 15-20 minutes.

      But you should not drink while eating. You stop the enzymes in your stomach from breaking down food by simply flushing them out. Soup does not interfere with the work of enzymes, since a properly prepared first course is, firstly, thick, and secondly, complete in composition, that is, it contains proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. You should stop drinking water 20 minutes before eating and continue drinking 40-45 minutes after eating. By this time, what you have eaten will already be evacuated from the stomach into the intestines.

Why Not Start A Day With Some Tea? 

       Tea, even green tea, even without sugar and milk, cannot replace water. For our body, everything that is not water is food. Tea and coffee, not to mention compotes and fruit drinks, are perceived by our body as food. As even tea contains even 1-2, but calories. In the old days, by the way, they used to say “drink tea”, and “drink water”. Only clean drinking water can wash out the products of their vital activity from our cells. That is, cleanse our body in the truest sense of the word. Water is like an internal shower. It wouldn’t occur to you, washing in the morning, to pour tea or coffee on yourself. In the same way, you cannot cleanse your cells with anything other than pure drinking water. In addition, in our body, there is no tea, no coffee, and no compote balance, but there is water. And yes, all drinks, except water, are perceived by our bodies as food. But at the same time, they still wash off enzymes and do not allow food to be fully absorbed, so you should not drink them with meals.
